Return and Refund Policy


1. Return Conditions
We accept return requests for the following situations:

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt (unless otherwise stated).

Items are unused, undamaged and retain the original packaging and tags.

If the product has quality problems or transportation damage, please provide relevant photos as proof.



2. Situations where returns are not supported
Returns are not supported in the following situations:
The product has been used or damaged and is not a quality issue.

Specially priced items, customized items and personalized items (unless there are quality issues).



3. Return process:
Apply for a return: Please contact our customer service team via email (support@sport-iq.shop) and provide the order number and reason for return.
Confirm return: We will respond and confirm the return request within 1-2 business days.
Return address: After confirmation, we will provide the return address and detailed return instructions.
Returning items: Please return the items within 15 days after receiving the return confirmation and provide the logistics tracking number.



4. Return Shipping:
If the return or exchange is due to product quality problems or we sent the wrong product, we will bear the return shipping costs.
If the return or exchange is for personal reasons (such as change of mind) and the order is not cancelled, you will bear the return shipping costs.



5. Restocking Fees:
We do not charge any restocking fees.



6. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. If approved, we will refund your money to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take more time to process and issue the refund. If you still have not received the refund after 15 business days, please contact us through the customer service team (support@sport-iq.shop).



7. Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellation requests as follows:

Cancellation time: Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours after payment.
How to cancel: Please contact customer service (support@sport-iq.shop) by email or phone to submit a cancellation request and provide the order number.
Shipped orders: If the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You can return the goods according to the return process after receiving them.
